We are excited to announce that Jonathan Kinsella has become a Law Partner at our firm! With Jonathan becoming a partner, our legal team at HKH Elder Law will now be serving our clients as HKH Elder Law.
Jonathan is a graduate of Stetson University College of Law. During his time at Stetson University College of Law, much of his course work focused on elder law. In 2012, the Florida Bar awarded Jonathan his license to practice law as an attorney. Jonathan joined our law firm in 2015 after working in elder law at another firm. While Jonathan is well versed in all of our firm’s practice areas, his primary focus is on Medicaid asset protection.
Jonathan is married to his lovely wife Laurie, and the two have four amazing children, three boys and one girl. When Jonathan is out of the office, he enjoys spending time at home with his family or is having fun at the beach. In addition to being out on the water, Jonathan also enjoys spending time at the local ice rink where his two older boys play hockey.
